GMP Good Manufacturing Practices
1. Ensure that the Manufacturing process is free from any Hazard on the product.
2. laws and Regulations are followed.
3. All Cleaning and Sanitation instructions are applied.
4. All the manufacturing process was controlled in all its measurements according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
5. Ensure that the product is not Cheated ( Food Fraud ).
6. Ensure the Personal Hygiene Standards are implemented .
7. Ensure Good Storage of Raw Materials and Finished Products.
8. Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training on the team.
GLP Good Laboratory Practices
1. Ensuring through implementation of Measurements and Laboratory analysis.
2. Ensure Calibration of devices used in measurement to avoid erroneous readings.
3. Ensure that all data, measurement results and laboratory analysis are recorded.
4. Ensure that all materials used in the laboratory are defined and stored in the designated areas.
5. Ensure that all materials used in the laboratory have a valid shelf life.
6. Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training on the team.
