HIGH INTENSITY - Maximal 30 second efforts.
Welcome to this 30 minute workout focused on building sprint speed and muscle size. You can perform the 7 efforts of this workout in your Z6 or as MAXIMAL depending on how you're feeling!
You can use a road bike on a turbo trainer, on the rollers or an indoor bike.
Today's workout:
1. Graduated warmup
2. 7x 30 second sprints - 2.5 minute recovery between each
3. 3 minute Z1 cool down

What is Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)?
It's the measure of perceived exertion during your physical activity - how hard you feel you're pushing/exerting yourself on a scale of 1-10.
1 = REALLY EASY EFFORT
10 = SUPER TOUGH EFFORT
