Confidence: How to put yourself out there

A few weeks later, I was buying groceries when someone said, "Have you been out carolling?"

Every day in England strangers in the street exclaim, "Oh! Mary Poppins!"

I think there is a misconception that "historybounders" like Bernadette Banner, Zack Pinsent, Constance MacKenzie and myself just stepped out confidently with maximum panache one day in a fully-formed style all their own.

Actually it doesn't happen that way at all.

You do it one piece at a time, evolving little by little until you find a constellation of elements that you love, and feel confident wearing.

But how do you put yourself out there in the first place?

Instead of my usual pre-recorded video this week, Bernadette, Zack, Constance and myself will be talking LIVE on the YouTubes about CONFIDENCE and how to put yourself out there.

It'll be at 7am Pacific/10am Eastern/3pm London/4pm CET on Friday, my usual video release day.

Yes, it will be available afterwards as a recording, but if you want us to see your live comments in the chat box, you'll need to be there in person.
