Roasted duck ingredients:
✔️ 1 duck
✔️ 4 oranges
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 1 carrot
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ thyme, bay leaves
✔️ glass of dry white wine
✔️ sunflower oil
✔️ salt, pepper
Orange sauce:
✔️ meat or chicken stock 400 ml / 13.5 fl oz
✔️ sugar 40 gr / 1.4 oz
✔️ vinegar 40 ml / 1.4 oz
✔️ orange liquor 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz
✔️ juice of 2 oranges
✔️ water + 1 teaspoon starch
✔️ optionally butter 20 gr / 0.7 oz
