Appetite for an extraordinary delicious strawberry cake? Today I show how to prepare a yummy 'Charlotte aux fraises'. Some time ago I saw this recipe on a television show. And so I decided to make this cake as soon as strawberry season has come. And here we are! But it wasn't a very good idea to make this video during the record-breaking summer heat in Germany ... the sponge mixture finally became a little too fluid and produced not ladyfingers but a flat edge. But never mind! This cake tastes by hook or by cook yummy. And I hope that you enjoy my new video!
