A new complaint has been lAodged against CPM leader Saji Cherian, who lost his ministerial post and became an accused in the case making anti-Constitutional remarks earlier this week. This time a complaint has been raised against Saji Cherian for riding a scooter without a helmet. Advocate PG Geevasargis filed a complaint with the Chengannur police on Friday. A private channel had published a picture of Saji Cherian going out on a scooter without wearing a helmet when he reached his home in Kozhuvallur, Chengannur, after resigning as a minister. The complaint is based on this. Shawn George, son of former Poonjar MLA PC George and member of Kottayam district panchayat, came out on Facebook asking Saji Cherian why he did not wear a helmet. Shawn George wrote on Facebook that if the petition is not paid, he will have to go to court, he added.
