सरकार डिलिमिटेशन बिल के अलावा FCRA अमेंडमेंट बिल भी लाना चाहती है. विरोधी दलों के सुझावों पर सरकार ने इसमें कुछ संशोधन भी किए हैं. इसके बाद भी कांग्रेस और वामपंथी दल इसके खिलाफ हैं. असल में Foreign Contribution Regulation Act भारत में किसी भी व्यक्ति और संगठन को मिले Foreign Donation को कंट्रोल करता है. ये कानून इस बात को सुनिश्चित करता है कि फॉरेन फंड का इस्तेमाल उन कामों में ना किया जाए जो देश की संप्रभुता, आंतरिक सुरक्षा या फिर लोकतांत्रिक ढांचे को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं.

Despite this, the Congress and leftist parties remain opposed to it. The Foreign Contribution Regulation Act regulates foreign donations received by individuals and organizations in India. This law ensures that foreign funds are not used for activities that could impact the country's sovereignty, internal security, or democratic structure.
