Just about every US military base overseas has a school for your kids through the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The US government hires teachers from the states to work (indefinitely if you want) at these overseas locations such as Germany, UK, Italy, Japan, Korea, etc.

You don’t have to be affiliated with the military, but it helps when applying. For example, my wife had no military affiliation but I’m an Air Force veteran so we had a better opportunity to get hired through “veteran’s preference.”
