Hi lovelies, I am letting the garden inspire me for recipes currently as much as possible and I think it is the best inspiration one can have 😊 Usually my biggest inspiration for new recipes is seasonal produce and I feel amazing that now it still is that, but it is own grown😍 Today my inspiration was a little gooseberry bush that surprised us with a lot of beautiful red gooseberries and so I thought I would use this opportunity and make a delicious cake out of them. That is how the idea for this gooseberry almond cream cake was born. This is a great summer cake, with a perfect combination of sour berries, sweet sponge and light cream topping😋😋😋 I hope you will like this recipe and if you try it out, please let me know what you think about it💖
