This is a very easy hot chocolate recipe! This is the Louis Favorite from The Bayou located on the Disney Wish Cruise Ship. We love recreating food and drinks from Disney Parks and the Cruise line. The last time we were on the Wish, we had to get this drink a few times! As my brother said, this is more of a “cold chocolate” because of the ice cream added to it. Be sure to use a big straw so you can get the pieces of almond from the ice cream. On the ship, they serve it with a light and fluffy beignet which makes it even better so I guess we need to figure out the recipe too! It was the best beignet of all the parks and ships we’ve tried.
