Описание: This video was produced to address a capacity gap in meat inspection in Hoa Binh Province, northwest Vietnam. This work was under the project ‘Safer indigenous pork and healthier ethnic minorities in Vietnam through better management of parasitic pig-borne diseases,’ which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and coordinated by ILRI. The Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) provided technical support to the video.
