Covenant - Minutemen restored settlement - Fallout 4 Settlements

Описание: Covenant Minutemen settlement build. Self contained. No particular theme and original architecture and layout left mostly intact. Walls were expanded to accommodate additional housing and larger garden. One house was torn down and replaced with a diner due to navmesh issues (also made sense to do either way as I wanted a larger food area).

Original population was also kept alive and had their roles re-assigned to appropriate jobs. Swanson unfortunately had to be replaced due to a bug with the Unofficial Fallout 4 patch mod where his workshop script was removed (due to another gameplay problem). Part of my Restoring the Commonwealth series.

Resources support up to 10 settlers.
