in this video, i analyze the promotion decisions by each of the bts members for their solo projects. why do some members mainly perform in america, while others perform in south korea and japan? why do some members have one physical album version, while others have two or three? why do some members have tours, while others only perform at festivals and tv shows?
although it's easy to say it's favoritism by their label and fans, it all comes down to the project's music genre, target audience and correct promotion strategy.
