This gym leader here trains a lot and relies on the Fighting-type.
Normal, Rock and Dark-types are no match against them so Flying and
Psychic-types are the way to go. Funny because the only way to face
this guy is getting his ass off that waterfall. At least it wasn't like

PoliwrathAfter beating Chuck, you get the Storm Badge which allows you
to use Fly outside of battle. You also get TM01 which teaches Focus
Punch, a powerful attack that only works if your opponent doesn't
attack otherwise the focus is lost and the attack is wasted.
