What is Bharatanatyam?

Bharatnatyam is one of the oldest and the most famous dance forms of India. It is regarded as the mother of other classical dances. Bharatnatyam was previously known as Sudhir Attam. The origin of Bharatnatyam dates back to Tamil Nadu and it is almost 2000 years old. The astounding footwork and impressive gestures of the dancers soothe the eyes of the viewers.

A brief history of Bharatanatyam
It is believed by the legends and many others that Bharatnatyam was revealed by Lord Brahma to Bharata who encoded the dance form in Natya Shastra. Bharatnatyam includes Nrita, Nritya and Nattya. Nrita includes pure dancing, movements and gestures of hand and foot. Nritya comprises of the expressions and Nattya includes play. The dancers are accompanied by music, singer and a guru who conducts the performance and directs the dancers.

Priyanka Shah is an Indian Classical dancer, choreographer, and actress.
She is also a famed YouTube star and runs a YouTube channel “My Abhinay” along with her daughter , Yashahvi Shah .
Priyanka Shah also perform as a Dancer in foreign country Dance Events.
She was born in Mehsana, Gujarat, where she grew up along with her siblings and parents. She basically, from Gujarat, India.
Priyanka Shah studied from Ganpat University, Gugarat, India from where she earned a degree in BBA.
She Don Her Graduation (Visharad) In Bharatnatyam from Vadodra and Ahmedabad, Gujarat And Complete Master in Bharatnatyam (Alankar) From Bruhad Gujarat Sangit Samiti, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Career
Before starting a professional career, Priyanka Shah perform as a classical dancer in foreign country dance event and also in India lots of dance performance attend in her student life.
Priyanka Shah is a trained Choreographer, she completed her training from the Shree Uma Hemant, Vadodra, Gujarat, (Now In Canada)
Achievements
She Start Teaching Bharatnatyam From 2008 as a Teacher And Choreographer From Mehsana Gujarat. After Start dance class She growing up and up continuously. Then after also start glass in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Vadodara. Thay Also Start Bharatnatyam Dance Class In Melborn, Australia.
After complete hard masters in bharatnatyam see also and as a examiner in bharatnatyam exams in gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Masana as judge, see invited in multiple dance event and classical dance event from colleges schools and other social sectors. Hey also win multiple crowns medals and certificates for great performance and judgment.
