In This video we show the simple and easy way we find worms on the farm for free for our vermicomposting worm bin. In addition, we delve into how we feed them and how to take care of a well run bin system. Our easy to assemble bin system is made from Rubbermaid Roughneck totes purchased from any Home Center for $8-10 ea. The cost of setting this system up is under $25 and yields several cubic feet of worm castings per year.
In this video we use the Utopia Kitchen Stainless Steel Compost Bin for Kitchen Countertop - 1.3 Gallon Compost Bucket to collect our kitchen scraps for the worm bin. This is an easy to clean unit and keeps odors down with the charcoal filter. https://amzn.to/30a0FDi
