In this video, I break down one of the most complex and challenging league starters I’ve ever put together for the 3.27 Legacy of Phrecia event:
Penance Brand of Dissipation Bog Shaman, built around the notoriously awkward item Tainted Pact.

At first glance, this build looks completely unreasonable.
But once the puzzle pieces click into place, it becomes shockingly tanky while dealing massive Penance Brand damage, even on early league gear.

This is NOT a beginner build.
