Let’s make super soft Homemade Korean Buns with simple ingredients ✨
Mix 150 gm cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp heavy cream until smooth and fill in a piping bag. Cut the bun into 6 parts without cutting the base and pipe the cream cheese inside. In a bowl, mix ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp oregano, 3 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 egg, and ¼ tsp salt. Pour this over the bun and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
