While you can use system instructions or MCP servers to control your agent, Agent Skills offer a more efficient, standardized way to give your agent reusable capabilities. Because they use progressive disclosure, the agent only reads the skill definition when necessary—saving you tokens and speeding up processing time.

I show you exactly how to set up the .agent/skills folder structure (which is enabled by default in Anti Gravity!) and write your first skill.md file. We also look at how these skills are cross-platform and can be reused across different IDEs like VS Code and Cursor.
