Based on the classic "sound of sorting" video. Instead of each value corresponding to a certain pitch, each value corresponds to a certain amplitude, which constitutes a wave cycle. This wave cycle is repeated at a given frequency (80 Hz in this case) and is saved to a wavetable. As the input is sorted, the sound changes from a random (mostly chaotic) wave to a sorted (sawtooth) wave. The chosen sorting algorithm determines the way this sound changes, and in some cases, it leads to some cool timbral/textural effects!
In most cases, only the swaps are shown/played (not all iterations). The sorting process are also time-scaled to be approximately 10 seconds, so the running times are not to scale.
