A man bending an iron rod on his eye socket is one of the seemingly impossible feats of strength performed through Thien Mon Dao, the centuries-old martial art gaining popularity in Vietnam.
The martial art grew out of a need to protect the country from invaders, but is now used to promote mental well being for the Communist nation's youth.
Vietnam currently has around 30,00 Thien Mon Dao practitioners across the country, with some who perform in public to help boost the sports popularity.
