Another week has passed and fake weight gate is still unacknowledged by Athlean-X. This is quite a travesty as just a few shorts weeks from now this issue is going to begin to fade away and no accountability will have ever been had or owned up to. Seeing as how fraudulent behavior was involved here, this speaks to the character of the man in question.

There are 2 options left for Jeff at this point: Option 1 is to come clean, admit the truth, and apologize. This is never going to happen because this would cost him a TINY percentage of his hardcore fan base, the only people who purchase his products and consume his content, thus hurting the Athlean-X bottom line, however marginally.

Option 2 is to continue to ignore the GIGANTIC elephant in the room in the hope that over time it becomes a little bit smaller. This outcome is an inevitability and this is the path Jeff is likely going to choose. Choosing Option 2 allows the hardcore fans to continue to rationalize away the truth, because, no matter how strong the evidence against him is, there was never any confession or admittance. The ability to rationalize away the guilt means less of them will walk away, which means the bottom line remains unscathed.

However, this is akin to selling your soul. Ignoring accountability, dismissing integrity, and hiding from the truth simply to keep the Athlean-X money making machine cranking at full capacity. If he confessed would there be a blip in the money making machine? Perhaps. But it would be small and negligible in the grand scheme of things and he would have his integrity back, as well, he would have earned respect once again from the community at large. This trade-off, however, is not worth it to him. With every day that passes it becomes more and more clear that keeping the Athlean-X money making machine cranking at full capacity in perpetuity is the only thing that matters to Jeff.

Make no mistake, this is an act of fraud. In my opinion, it should have to be answered to and apologized for before the community moves on. Literally NO ONE ELSE would get a pass for this sort of fraudulent and deceitful behavior. NO ONE. And ignoring the elephant in the room indefinitely is a tacit confession that money is the only thing that matters here. But what do you guys think? I am curious what other people's thoughts are on the assessment that I lay out in the video, and I would love it if we could get some discussion going on the topic so long as everyone is able to keep things civil - even if you are in disagreement with someone.
