Welcome to my second year freshers vlog (which is still a freshers vlog hear me out please I haven't lied to you)
My name is Elize, I am a second year Sociology student at South College, Durham University and this year I was a Freshers representative (or 'frep') and if you don't know what that means, I was one of those annoyingly positive jumpy people that played the kazoo while the freshers were trying to move in and their parents had headaches from driving all day.
The freps are actually really important and they make freshers week function a bit more controllably so as I was participating I decided to make a little video out of it. if you're looking for more of a fresher's experience of orientation week I did film my experience last year    • durham university freshers vlog 2021   but this video still includes arrivals weekend, matriculation, the freshers fair and several events as well as a normal weekly vlog from me when I wasn't frepping with some clubbing, cooking along with some general academic shenanigans.
