I wanted to check how strong Duollison can be if buffed properly like Maelle's Burning Canvas

The answer: likely stronger than Maelle, if you are willing to buff for a little longer.
With Duollison, Sciel is probably the best solo-er, because you can trigger Twilight in 1 turn (shooting applies 1 Sun Charge, base attack 1 Moon Charge): shoot to burn + Foretell + Sun → attack to consume Burn + Foretell + Twilight → repeat, but when you are in Twilight Foretell stay.

If you want to replicate this exact build and you are not on NG, you will have to tune Sciel's turns, likely spending more turns hitting Mask Keeper and Dualliste to bring them below 50% HP. Luckily, this will also let you buff Sciel more (more Sun Charges).

Finally, a note that I couldn't fit in the caption. Sciel gets shields with Shielding Death on Maelle. To let Lune die with Hell, though, you must equip her with Shield Affinity: this way, the first hit of Hell will remove the Shields, and the second will kill her.
