This is the GBA Power Cleaner I designed to help clean the power rails around the CPU where IPS mods and just overall dirty power causes noise on the sound output.
This mod is covered in the guide by Retrosix linked below but it is all by hand and the mod involves soldering to a 0402 sized capacitor. These things are tiny and to get cleanest audio with the mod you need to solder 2 capacitors which can be a chore and why this board was designed for.

The files are up on OSHPark.com where you can order the flex or pcb version or download the zip file and get it made somewhere else, I recommend the flex option for an easier install.
