CONGRATULATIONS! You have officially completed the 21-Day R.A.W. Yoga Challenge! 🥂🧘🏾♀️
Whether this was your first class or your last, I am so incredibly proud of you for showing up for yourself. Today’s practice is a special celebration—coinciding with my 11th year as a certified yoga teacher. Today, we aren't just practicing; we are playing, moving, and flowing with pure joy.
THE PRACTICE: This final session is a "medley" designed to be fun and expressive. We revisit some of our favorite movements, from Thread the Needle with a balance challenge to a fiery Wild Thing and our steady Warrior 3. We close the challenge by rooting down in gratitude, honoring the healing journey we've shared.
