In this video I will go over the most Midgame Chain Lightning Guide! I included some explanation of the Axial conduit mechanics and how to affects the build. I will also go over some Tempering tips aside from the usual topics like items, skills, enchantments, and paragon. Turns out that the Axial Conduit pants don't drop 100% from the Slayer's unique cache. So Grigoire is the way to go!
