This one was requested to us on a previous video by one of our fans in the comments. Honestly speaking, this is a killer idea. The moment I saw it, I knew we had to do it. We’ve done one in the past where Naruto were the Nine-Tails and Kurama were Naruto, so continuing this on with another switch-up is only natural. One of the greater tragedies within the Naruto’s main plot is the orphaning of Naruto, and though our plucky, gutsy, ninja hero doesn’t really seem to be bothered by much in the main story, choosing to have a more optimistic outlook (Something I tend to dampen for drama in most cases), one cannot say he doesn’t still feel lonely. Literally having caught the tail end of Lost Tower on Pluto a few days ago, I saw how Naruto reacted to Minato, realizing that he could be his father, begging him to let him say something, it reminded me of how much Naruto truly desires to know his parents. Even if someone seems like they can take care of themselves, it’s just painfully clear: a boy needs his mother. Can they survive without one? Yes. Humans are a lot sturdier than most give them credit for. But should they have to? No. Is it good for them? No. Whether by blood or by adoption, a young person needs someone to look up to, learn from, and model themselves after. And despite Naruto having very few of these kinds of adults, he still grew into a dependable man. A man with flaws, but so are we all. But today, I’m hoping to give Kushina a second chance at this. Desiring so much to leave her son a message to keep him on the right path, a small statement to keep him away from the vices that Jiraiya would no doubt bring him into, what if… Kushina could just… do that herself? Well, that’s what I want to see about. So please direct your eyes up at the moon as I cast upon you an Infinite Tsukuyomi, to show you a possible world where Kushina became the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox…
