Описание: Swimming is a common exercise that I utilise to keep my cardio-vascular system working well. Swimming a 'sprint' will get you a good pump if you do it repeatedly, and just going slow and swimming laps will help your lungs and everything else that depends upon oxygen (ie everything, including your immune system).
