Sunday 14th December 2025 - marked an exciting milestone for all of us here at Itet. For the first time in 15 years, we took this inspiring concert out of the Melbourne Recital Centre precinct and into regional Victoria. Partnering with the Fairley Foundation, alongside venue supporters - Riverlinks Westside, proved to be an outstanding success. With 10 ensembles travelling from Mildura, Horsham, Warrnambool, Mansfield, Shepparton, Broadmeadows, Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Broadmeadows and beyond, this promised to be a truly electric gathering of regional talent.
A truly special event allowed invited Shepparton Itet alumni Liesl Parnell to step up and perform in a principal solo position alongside Itet founding Director - Violinist John Noble and Albury based cellist Ethan Porter.
With over 70 musicians on stage, this proved to be a 15 year highlight for Itet.
