Описание: a little over a year ago, i packed my bags and took a leap from new york city to mexico city. starting this new chapter, i wasn’t sure what to expect, but i knew my life was craving something different. i was yearning for a deeper connection to self, a new environment to grow in, and the kind of life that felt more aligned with rest, peace, and slow living.

living in cdmx has been beautiful, complicated, eye-opening, and full of lessons. i’ve built community, learned to navigate a new culture, a new language, and deepened my wellness journey. then there’s been the hard stuff like learning who i am when no one knows me, filtering out the noise of thee internet, and processing what it means to take up space as a Black woman in Mexico.

i'm sharing the real experience. what it’s actually been like to live here, how i’ve been taking care of myself, and what I’m looking forward to next (hint: hosting a wellness retreat and writing my first book ✨)
