This past week, Eversource hired a contractor to clear away bushes and trees on the hill. Although I own the property, Eversource has an easement to clear away trees which may interfere with their power lines and obstruct the path along the power lines. The company sends a notice to all residents living on this side of the street.
It was unusual to see the bush clearing happen in the winter and especially after our area received a lot of snow the week before, but that bulldozer with the mower attachment had no difficulty moving through the snow-covered hill and clearing away the bushes and small trees and other debris.
I wasn't able to get closer as the entire yard had several inches of snow, so I used the zoom feature on my cell phone, hence the shaky recording.
