After an awesome time at Attu Island we have a weather window to keep moving along the Aleutian Islands towards our next stop, Kiska Island. Kiska, like Attu, is uninhabited, and has a submarine & shipwreck located on the beaches from WW II. The island has a lot of history and stories from WW II which we are excited to visit and explore. We also get the surprise of our lives as we see a massive Settler sea lion for the first time on the beach! We are only in the anchorage for the day since the wind is still blowing and we need to keep making miles towards Dutch Harbour. After a slow couple of days sailing we finally arrive at Atka Island to see a B-24D Liberator that was deliberately crash-landed on the island in 1942. The plane wreck is in such amazing condition after years in the elements!
