In response to Bishop Stokes' challenge for 120 congregations to sing "Lift Every Voice and Sing" to commemorate the 120th anniversary of its first performance, the NJ School for Ministry included the hymn in its worship during a February "Gathering Weekend."
The NJ School for Ministry, currently in its "beta" configuration, prepares its participants for lay and ordained ministry. Watch for information on the official launch of the School later this year.
