Описание: I had a tape given to me a few years ago by a band member as I was a nagging fan!, it was a radio show recorded on April 6th 1988 at The Paradise Lounge in Boston USA, I thought the quality of the show was excellent and converted it over to digital, the first track I could not use because there was fall-out from the tape and artifacts that spoiled it, so Unfortunately the opener was cut, I think the opening track was Good and Gone, the hour and 12 minute show that is left is a great record to what a fantastic live band The Screaming Blue Messiahs were, this is funky (I Want Up) Soulful & Country (President Kennedy`s Mile, slower version available with video on you tube) and heavy (Twin Cadillac Valentine), done without overdubs, there are some radio presenters doing their thing halfway through proceedings and they sound a little stunned at what they have just witnessed, ha ha, I was lucky enough to see the band on quite a few occasions and they never failed to deliver, I hope the conversion to mp4 has not taken any of the power away, Personnel BILL CARTER Guitar/Vocals, CHRIS THOMPSON Bass/Vocals, KENNY HARRIS Drums/Percussion ...
