Things continue downhill from there, getting rather unique between ~7:00 and ~8:00, as the subject expresses total confusion as to how he could possibly give the officer proof that he has insurance.

[In case you're confused (because, you know, it's just a piece of paper that you keep in the car) rest assured that everything is fine with you. Dude in the video makes no sense.]

Finally, according to the police report, "After two attempts the test was stopped for [subject's] safety, as he had extreme difficulty maintaining balance." Too drunk to safely complete field sobriety tests? Not looking good.
