⏱ What is Interval Training?
Interval training ka matlab hota hai:
Fast running + controlled recovery,
aur is cycle ko baar-baar repeat karna.
Example:
Fast run (hard effort)
Slow jog / walk (recovery)
Phir se fast run
Har interval aapko ek cheez sikhaata hai:
✔ Pace samajhna
✔ Breathing control
✔ Fatigue ke saath run karna
✔ Race-like feeling handle karna
🎯 Why Interval Training is Important
Interval training aapko yeh seekhati hai:
Kaise thakaan ke baad bhi pace hold karna hai
Kaise heart aur lungs ko strong banana hai
Kaise race ke tough moments handle karne hain

🏁 Half Marathon & Marathon finish strength
