Sentencing Guidelines and MAGS 101: Law Clerk and Court Staff Orientation (September 2025)

Описание: This training is geared towards new (and seasoned) law clerks and court staff and will provide an overview of the sentencing guidelines to include: the purpose and goals of the sentencing guidelines, a review of guidelines-compliant sentences and frequently asked questions that are relevant to this practitioner group. There will also be a live demonstration in the Maryland Automated Guidelines System (MAGS), with an emphasis on recent MAGS updates and fields that are completed by the court.
