Liberal MP Garth Hamilton believes Liberal Leader Angus Taylor has struck the right tone from the outset and is moving quickly to address immigration as a key issue this term.
“I’m not looking backwards for a second,” Mr Hamilton told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“I think Angus has absolutely hit the right note right from the get-go.
“Australia is a place for people who want to be here.
“Immigration is an issue that we really needed to deal with early on in this term, and he’s clearly going to do that right away.”
