For years, I dealt with racing thoughts, difficulty focusing, and the guilt of not completing creative work. Many people assumed I was lazy or unmotivated, but the real struggle was learning how to focus on things that truly mattered to me. When I first discovered photography as a child, creativity gave me clarity, but finishing projects remained a challenge.

In this film, I share my experience with:

• perfectionism and fear of failure
• focus issues and ADHD-like thought patterns
• starting over later in life
• rebuilding confidence and discipline
• finding structure through simple systems like time blocking
