Find a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe. Follow along with the breath, visualization, and affirmations. If anything feels too intense, return to your breath and to simple intentions like “inhale safety, exhale release” until you feel more grounded. You can repeat this practice as often as you like to support gradual healing of rejection wounds and the rebuilding of self-worth.
