Arrivederci Iceland! With this clip the members of the Italian Air Force F-35 detachment are looking back on their time in Iceland bidding farewell to Keflavik Air Base after more than two months.
On 29 July the second deployment of Italian F-35 modern fighter aircraft to High North successfully accomplished their mission safeguarding the regional NATO airspace.
“Grazie to our colleagues from the Icelandic Coast Guard and all Allies for their outstanding support,” said Detachment Commander Colonel Michele Cesario on behalf of his team.
