This segment of my walk continues in Bugis Street, a unique shopping mall that still retains the "bazaar" shopping experience, a very rare sight in Singapore now! I recalled how warm the street was before there was air-conditioning! Fun to have walked by here again!
(Walker's note: Tourists should know that Bugis Street is not representative of Singapore... at all... but you could probably find some of those cliche "asian" kiddy clothes, or "Singapore is a FINE country" style clothes if that is what you are looking for...)
