Welcome to my Channel. Yes the mighty King Proteas flower is today's subject. Did you know that the King Proteas flower is native to the Southern Hemisphere in particular Australia and South Africa? It's been South Africa's national flower since 1976 and what ever you do don't drink its nectar as it's apparently very poisonous to humans, dogs and cats! Well as dangerous as that sounds there's nothing to worry about when it comes to painting it. So set aside an hour get out your acrylic paints grab a stretched canvas and let's go.
