There are many reasons to stop smoking, such as improving your health or your financial wellbeing, but there is no better motivation to quit than for the sake of your loved ones.
This October, hear from Mark and other former smokers, and find your motivation to stop smoking for 28 days this Stoptober. Studies have shown that stopping for 28 days means you are five times more likely to quit smoking for good.
For additional motivation and help, register for the Barnet Stop Smoking Service which can offer advisor-led 1-2-1 behavioural support, access to nicotine replacements and medicinal pathways.
