Hey Folks
Thanks for tuning in again, this video we, as the title suggests, convert the ol Area 51 from the old vacuum style wipers to a 2 speed 12 volt unit. We use an of the shelf marine wiper motor with the side to side gearbox to suit the 51's wiper arms. We design backyard fabricate a bracket to mount the new unit in the existing under dash oem mounting spot.
Here’s the motor I used. The brand is TMC in case anyone’s wants to look for one locally to them.
