The bain-marie RCBM-3 from Royal Catering is perfect for warming up dishes and keeping them at a steady temperature. Three 100 mm deep 1/2 GN containers with lids simultaneously warm up different components of a meal, for example meat, potatoes and sauce. This kind of heating container is perfectly suited for the needs of an upscale gastronomy and for usage at restaurants, hotels, canteens, snack bars or food stores.

The professional device has an automated thermostat which enables an efficient temperature regulation between 30 and 90 °C. Dishes can be heated up to a max. 80 °C. The temperature is indicated on a digital display. The 1300 watts heating element warms up the water in a high-quality water basin and keeps the dishes warm inside the Gastronorm containers. If the water temperature rises or falls, the temperature automatically adjusts. The bain-marie has a drain tap which alleviates the filling, emptying and cleaning of the containers.

The timeless design and sturdy casing of the bain-marie enhance the user experience. The device is very easy to use. It is made from high-quality stainless steel and is easy to clean. The integrated glass protection made from non-splash safety glass protects the food against dirtying, yet still allows you to easily take the dishes out of the containers.
