IS IT OK to take PICTURES of STRANGERS in PUBLIC WITHOUT CONSENT? Hindi

Описание: Street photography is done in public places. Travel photography involves public places. Low budget photoshoots and collaborations shoots are mostly done in public places. Not just that, we have a lot of youtube prank videos, short films and many videos which involves dealing with public places.

Is it ok to use public places for our work? Is it ok to take photo of any stranger? Are temples, airports and similar places are available for public to take pictures?
We will be discussing this in the video.

Specific Restrictions in India:
Regulations apply to land-based photography for certain locations. A permit is required for aerial photography in India, which normally takes over a month to be issued.

Railways:

Airports
It is ok to take pictures in regular airports. At defence airports which also allows civil aircrafts to land like Pune airport, photography is prohibited.

Temples
Temples are in a way private premises accessible to public. We may have restrictions to devotees based on temple’s management rules. Photography access to all may directly impact the livelihood of the people who depend on selling photos and photo frames , in-turn impacting temple’s source of income.
