I will be using Hiren's BootCD PE, its a free preinstalled environment with loads of free software to help you reset the password on windows 10 for free.

Things you need:

1. Hiren's BootCD PE

2. Rufus

3. USB Flash Drive

4. Spare computer to create bootable USB flash drive with Hiren's BootCD PE
