In April of 2025, Otto and I set off on a new long-distance walk: The East Highland Way, an unofficial trail starting in Fort William. It crosses the eastern Highlands over 82 miles and ends in the Cairngorms, in Aviemore.
Come join us for part 2 and our last 3.5 days where we reached the Cairngorms and the more remote parts of the trail. We walked through beautiful Scots pine forests, over boggy moorland and even had two bothies on the way before finally reaching Aviemore and finishing a trail that really surprised me a lot….
